智联招聘28日发布《2019年白领生活状况调研报告》，从白领生活的生活、健康、社交、职场等方面出发，对11024名职场人士进行了问卷调查。报告指出，对白领每周加班时长调研发现，从不加班的白领仅占18.05%，超过8成的白领加班是常态。其中，每周加班3小时以内的白领最多，每周加班10小时及以上的超20%。这意味着，加班已经成为了普遍现象。

（二）深化金融市场发展，畅通货币政策利率传导机制正是由于我国金融市场资金供求微观主体、金融监管制度、金融产品市场发展等方面的问题和挑战，在向货币价格调控方式转型过程中，货币政策不得不仍依赖数量调控手段，同时加强宏观审慎政策，以确保金融体系稳定和产出物价等的平稳发展。不过，也要认识到，过度依赖数量调控方式将降低利率传导效率和货币政策调控效果（马骏和王红林，2014），过度依赖结构性政策容易换取价格机制，降低金融资源配置效率和货币政策有效性（易纲，2006）。而且，传统的货币数量调控模式下，货币数量信号频率较低，对经济形势的研判、政策制定和政策操作等有关链条相对较长。与之相比，由于金融市场冲击对流动性和利率的扰动更加频繁，货币价格调控与金融市场关系更加紧密，这也要求货币政策应根据金融市场的变化及时进行调整，中央银行的利率决策空间和政策操作自主性亟待提高，并在制度上予以保证。为适应经济高质量发展的政策要求，我国必须大力深化金融市场发展，加快推进货币价格调控方式转型。
